Vertical Carousels

The vertical carousel concept is based on the principle of maximizing unused vertical air space and turning it into usable productive storage. This device is a series of vertically arranged rotating carriers controlled by an electronic keypad or software. Media is delivered to an ergonomically correct height, which eliminates bending, stooping, reaching and other inefficient employee actions.

The operations of the vertical carousels are based on the principles of universal design, and are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), OSHA regulations, and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).

Carousels come in a variety of sizes and carrier configurations. Such media storage as letter and legal folders, hanging folders, cards, forms and publications and secured record storage are available.

Vertical carousel applications are Insurance, Healthcare, Human Resources, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting and Manufacturing.

A Vertical Carousel operates on a Ferris Wheel principle. It will rotate forward or backwards; taking the shortest route to the desired carrier.

Carousels will accommodate a variety of media sizes. Here we are storing suspended pockets in rollout drawers.

Pictured here are rollout drawers for vertical folders. Carousels come in various widths and heights. Carousels can go above a false ceiling to gain additional storage capacity.
